Tsubaki ACR and ACP Non-Metallic Collector Chains
Tsubaki non-metallic collector chains: ACR with rollers (58.8–186 kN) and engineering plastic ACP (29.4–39.2 kN); lighter, corrosion-free and lower drive power.
Non-metallic collector chains are lighter than steel chains and do not suffer corrosion wear, reducing drive power and cost. ACR combines engineering plastic with metal and has rollers; ACP is engineering plastic, with a plastic-pin option for corrosive conditions. Per the catalogue, ACR technology was evaluated by the Japan Sewage Works Corporation (Certificate No. 109).
