Liebherr PEG Planetary Plug-in Gearboxes (PEG 300 – PEG 700)

Liebherr PEG planetary plug-in gearboxes fit inside the winch drum, combining a robust, compact design with an optimal weight-to-power ratio. The standard series runs from PEG 300 to PEG 700, with custom designs on request. Liebherr-Components (Liebherr Group) builds large-diameter bearings, gearboxes, electric motors, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic motors and power electronics at ten production sites, working with classification societies such as ABS, BV, DNV and LR.

PEGs drive rope winches in Liebherr winch systems, deck winches, dredger suction arms and pipelay winches, with electric or hydraulic motors. Oil cooling and heating are optional.
