Liebherr Liduro Frequency Converter System for Wind Turbines

The Liebherr frequency converter system uses liquid-cooled Liduro power modules in fully sealed cabinets, designed for harsh onshore and offshore wind conditions. It is a full-scale converter for turbines from 2 MW upwards.

No cabinet fans means dust, oily air and humidity stay out, and there are no filter mats or door fans to change. The Liduro Fast Protection system reacts within milliseconds; integrated condition monitoring and remote diagnosis are included. It can be installed in the nacelle or at the tower base.
