Integrated Hydraulic Runout-Adjustable Chuck W20/W25 for ANCA Tool Grinders
Chuck, hydraulic mechanism and rear ejector rod in one unit with 6-way runout adjustment. Fixed pulling force and stroke limiter prevent collet deformation on empty clamping. Sizes W20 and W25 for ANCA tool grinders.
The FEYANA integrated micro-adjustment chuck combines the chuck, hydraulic structure and rear ejector rod, making it easier to use and faster to change. 6-way micro-adjustment for ANCA, Walter and high-end domestic grinders enables fast, precise correction of bar-stock runout.
Key benefit: less chuck damage on empty clamping
Conventional pull-back clamping deforms easily when pulling force is too high or nothing is clamped. The integrated chuck uses its own hydraulic mechanism for a fixed pulling force; the machine only changes the setting so the drawbar pushes forward to release. A limiter controls the collet push/pull stroke, so even an empty pull-back never exceeds the stroke and deforms the collet.
