Inovance MD630S-INT: high functionality and flexibility

MD630-INT is Inovance’s advanced compact AC drive series, rated 0.37–90 kW heavy duty and 0.75–110 kW light duty, 3-phase 380–480 V (-15%…+10%, 50/60 Hz ±5%), output frequency 0–599 Hz. The MD630S-INT version communicates via RS485 serial port with Modbus RTU protocol.

• Rich I/O: 7 DI (DI7 accepts 20 kHz pulses), 2 AI, 1 AO, 1 DO, 1 RO, 1 pulse output; RS485 Modbus RTU.
• Multiple motor types: induction, PM synchronous and synchronous reluctance motors, open and closed loop.
• Functional safety: STO SIL 3 / PL e.
• Built in: C3 EMC filter (10 m cable) and braking transistor; DC reactor built in from frame T6 upward.
• Predictive maintenance: life-time estimation for fan, IGBT and capacitors with early warning before failure.
• Smart cooling fan: temperature-based speed regulation, alarm on unexpected stop, reverse rotation to clean the air duct.

• Expansion: 1 option card slot (motor feedback, I/O expansion, CANopen); RS485 commissioning port for PC or external keypad.
• Side-by-side mounting for models of 22 kW and below.
