FEYANA Two-Component Thermally Conductive Epoxy Potting, 0.7–2.1 W/mK
FEYANA JD/JE/JA two-component thermally conductive epoxy: 0.7–2.1 W/mK, Tg up to 207°C, room temperature or heat cure, potting transformers, inductors, modules.
FEYANA two-component thermally conductive epoxy is used for potting and bonding, protecting components from moisture, vibration and chemicals while dissipating heat. Room-temperature-cure and heat-cure high-Tg grades are available.
