FEYANA JC953, JE538, JB688, GB012 one-component thermally conductive epoxy: 1.54–5.5 W/mK, D89–D96 hardness, heat cure 80–150°C, for heat sink and component bonding.
FEYANA one-component thermally conductive epoxy bonds components to heat sinks with strong structural adhesion while conducting heat. Heat cured with high hardness, it suits automated dispensing lines.
