Osborn PCB Brush Rollers: Lipprite, Abrasive Bristle and Pumice Nylon Rollers

Osborn supplies rollers for PCB surface preparation: deburring after drilling, cleaning after electrolytic copper plating, resin removal after etching, scrubbing before solder mask for a matte finish, final cleaning and press plate reconditioning.

Three main roller types

• Lipprite® non-woven: minimal edge radiusing, non-reflective finish with increased micro roughness, no edge blockage thanks to flapping action, consistent hardness and abrasion over life, extremely long life, dynamically balanced, suitable for fine-line technology.
• Abrasive bristle brush: economical for boards thicker than 1 mm, less debris than Lipprite, suitable where the gap between two paths exceeds 10 mil; bent board edges or broken drill bits do not damage the roller; very long life, chemically stable, slightly reflective finish.
• Plain nylon rollers (pumice system): non-abrasive nylon with pumice for deburring and cleaning; non-directional matte finish with minimal reflection; ideal for fine-line PCBs (50 micron lines); general and glass cleaning; available in free spirals.
