Liebherr Gear Rings for Gear-Ring Winches and Cranes

Liebherr gear rings with external or internal teeth drive gear-ring winches on pipelay vessels and serve wind turbine yaw adjustment and other slewing systems. They are cut on Liebherr’s own precision gear machines. Liebherr-Components (Liebherr Group) builds large-diameter bearings, gearboxes, electric motors, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic motors and power electronics at ten production sites, working with classification societies such as ABS, BV, DNV and LR.

Combined with Liebherr slewing drives and bearings, they form a matched slewing drivetrain.
