Kawasaki KF Gas-Fired Once-Through Boiler, NG/LPG (KF-750AGE – KF-2000AGE)
Kawasaki KF small once-through boiler for natural gas or LPG, 750–2,000 kg/h steam, 96–98% efficiency, working pressure up to 2.15 MPa optional.
Kawasaki Thermal Engineering (KTE) has built package boilers in Japan since 1899. Its multi-tube once-through boilers raise steam quickly, take little floor space and match the performance of larger water-tube and fire-tube boilers.
The KF series is Kawasaki’s small once-through boiler for 750–2,000 kg/h equivalent evaporation on natural gas or LPG, suited to small and mid-size plants, hotels and hospitals.

- 3-position firing and 2-position feed water control for simple operation
- 0.98 MPa working pressure, 1.56 or 2.15 MPa optional
- Steam dryness of 99.5% or more from the centrifugal spiral-vane steam separator
- 15-year design life: feed water to the steam separator, built-in deaerator, all pressure parts annealed
- Colour touch-screen operation with colour status lighting
- Links to the Every FIT data logger (up to 16 boilers) and internet remote monitoring
