Fractional HP Clutches and Brakes | Formsprag Clutch

Fractional HP clutches and brakes provide for on-demand starting and stopping of loads. FHP designs provide electronic control for applications under 1 HP. In line or parallel shaft clutches or clutch couplings allow for mounting flexibility. Spring design armatures provide zero backlash cycling while spline or hex hub options provide a lower cost mounting for less demanding applications. Standard coil voltages are available and special coil designs can be easily developed.
