CPC Super Cold Forging Oil

CPC Super Cold Forging Oil is formulated exclusively for cold forging of steel hardware, such as nuts, bushes, and etc. With excellent anti-wear and cooling performance, the oil can extend life of molds.
With sufficient premium E.P. additives, such as sulfurized fats, the oil can form strong films, reduce friction, and provide the best protection for components and molds during manufacturing process.
The oil is not suitable for processes of copper and aluminum due to the content of active sulfur.
Under appropriate conditions, the oil can be used as cutting oil after being diluted with diesel fuel or premium spindle oil.
