CPC Bright Quench Oil 70

CPC Bright Quench Oil 70 is blended from highly refined paraffin oil and specially additives. The oil possesses the high initial cooling and penetrating speed for use in quenching steel parts but the cooling speed is slower in final stage of quenching. The unique properties of the oil can make quenching steel parts get the highest hardness and well-distributed quenching to decrease distortion and cracking.
The oil quality is very stable and not easy to degenerate for long-term use.
The oil quality is superior to No.1 and No.2 charge oil of Japan JIS K2242.
