The combi lubrication system connects the lubrication systems of the nacelle and the rotor via a rotary union. Hence, only one lubrication system is installed in the nacelle; no lubrication pumps are necessary in the hub. The rotary union is installed before the slip ring and has an opening for the electric connection.
There are two lubrication connections for 2 different greases or for one grease type and a spray lubricant.
