SEHO StartSelective mini-wave selective soldering system: plug-and-produce, 2.5 m² footprint, PCBs up to 508 × 508 mm, drop jet fluxer, Pulsar preheat.
SEHO Systems GmbH (Kreuzwertheim, Germany) specialises in soldering technology for electronics manufacturing: wave soldering, selective soldering, reflow soldering and THT AOI. SEHO equipment serves PCB assembly plants, EMS providers and SMT lines that also handle through-hole components.
SEHO StartSelective is a mini-wave selective soldering system for through-hole parts on boards already populated with SMDs. It solders only the joints that need it, leaving nearby SMT components untouched, and ships with a starter kit so production can begin as soon as it is powered up.
Key features
- Footprint of about 2.5 m², manual carrier loading at the front, maintenance access through the right-hand door
- Micro drop jet fluxer with 2–4 mm spray width and laser light-barrier monitoring
- Bottom preheat with 6 Pulsar emitters switched in pairs plus temperature-controlled IR top heating
- Electro-magnetic soldering unit with a stable wave and virtually no wear; 7° angle reduces bridging
- Automatic wire feeder, solder level control, needle wave-height control and nitrogen flow monitoring
- Offline programming from PCB images, Gerber or DXF; Siemens PLC with touch HMI
