FEYANA KA004 General-Purpose Two-Component Acrylic Adhesive
FEYANA KA004 (black) and KA004-1 (milky white) two-component acrylic: 3–5 min pot life, bonds PP, PE and metals, Tg 33–35°C, Shore D60–D63.
FEYANA KA two-component structural acrylic adhesive cures at room temperature (25–30°C) with a 10:1 A:B mix ratio and bonds low-surface-energy plastics such as PP and PE without surface treatment. It replaces screws, rivets, plastic welding and double-sided tape to raise productivity. Solvent-free, isocyanate-free, siloxane-free, low VOC and RoHS compliant.
KA004 and KA004-1 are general-purpose grades with a short 3–5 minute pot life for assembly lines needing fast fixturing.
