FEYANA JU033-2, JU033-3 polyurethane thermal pads: 4.4–4.6 W/mK, >20 kV/mm dielectric strength, from 0.6 mm thick, -40~150°C, silicone-free.
FEYANA JU033 polyurethane thermal pads are a silicone-free thermal pad solution with high conductivity and good electrical insulation, ideal where silicone contamination must be avoided.
